Enfo is measuring customer experience and satisfaction regularly twice per year by a web survey. The latest survey was done in the middle of May 2020 and we are really pleased with the results.

The latest score shows that 93% of our customers are ready to recommend Enfo to others. When asking how satisfied our customers are overall with Enfo as a partner, the score reaches 4,09 on a scale of 1-5. The customers state as Enfo's strengths, for example, expertise, wide range of competence, customer orientation and smooth co-operation.

“I am really happy to see that our customers value our efforts in creating a better customer experience every day. The results of this year’s survey were the best so far, even though we have been measuring the experience for several years and we have received very positive results also before”, says Sanna Mari Alppivuori, Senior Vice President of Sales Finland at Enfo.

The survey results also reveal that our customers consider it as nice to work with Enfo’s people (scoring 4,56 on a scale of 1-5) and Enfo is regarded to deliver what has been promised (scoring 4,21 on a scale of 1-5). 

“I think our devoted and highly competent people have made this true”, continues Robert Grafford, Senior Vice President of Sales Sweden at Enfo. “In the survey, our experts have been mentioned several times, also by name, highlighting the great work they are doing for our customers.”

To develop our services and customer experience further, we analyze and handle the results internally to support our continuous development and to find areas in which we can still make improvements. We believe that customer experience is built piece by piece and every act counts.
